• Who is eligible to subscribe or upgrade to the Postpaid Extra plans?

  All customers are eligible to subscribe to the Postpaid Extra plans, contracted or non-contracted. Existing customers are eligible to upgrade or renew their current plan as well.

• Who is eligible for free registration?​

  Free registration is for customers who subscribe through Batelco’s digital channels.

• Can customers renew their current Standard or Advanced plan?​

  Customers are only able to renew their plans to the available plans only, following the Terms and Conditions.
